Litigation

Delaware Business Litigation

Delaware has a separate court system, the Court of Chancery, which is dedicated principally to the adjudication of corporate and business entity governance disputes. The extensive case law generated by the high volume of corporation cases decided at the Court of Chancery over the course of many years has impacted corporate law both across the country and worldwide. If your corporation is involved in a litigation in Delaware, the case will be decided by a very knowledgeable judge who has a sophisticated understanding of corporate law.

While many corporate attorneys in Massachusetts have a basic understanding of Delaware business law, they generally do not possess the depth of knowledge that may be required to review a situation and adequately advise the client. Harbor Law Group is unique in that it provides its clients with direct access to a Delaware attorney who is knowledgeable about Delaware business law and has experience with the Court of Chancery.
