Litigation

Intellectual Property Litigation

We handle all phases of intellectual property (IP) litigation including pre-litigation counseling, venue selection, preliminary junction hearings, discovery, Markman hearings, pretrial proceedings, mediation, trial and appeal. We represent clients in Massachusetts state and federal courts, before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and in courts throughout the country through local counsel relationships. We also proactively advise clients on IP litigation risk management, pre-litigation examination, and negotiated alternative dispute resolution across the country.

The Harbor Law Group enforces its clients’ patent, trademark and copyright rights against infringers both large and small. We also defend our clients that are wrongfully accused of infringement. The Harbor Law Group accommodates the needs of both corporate and individual clients by devising a litigation strategy commensurate with the scope of the infringement and a client’s financial resources.
